Write to hello@pointazo.app for anything: a question, a bug, an appeal, or a request about your data. We look at every message within 48 hours, usually sooner.

Get help with the app

Tell us what you were doing, which phone and software version you have, and which Bluetooth tags you use. A screenshot helps. If the app crashed, say when, and we will find the crash report on our side if Backup was on.

Report a live match

When someone shares a match live, the names on the scoreboard are typed by whoever is scoring. If you see something offensive, or the names are about you or a child and you want them removed:

• In the app, open the watch screen and tap Report this match at the bottom. Choose a reason and, if you like, add a note.
• Or email us at hello@pointazo.app with the live code, or the date and where it was played, and the name you want removed.

A report about you or a child stops the live share straight away, and a person then reads it and decides what happens next. We keep the names you reported and your note for up to 90 days so we can review them; after that they are deleted.

If we stopped your live match

If Pointazo turned off live sharing for your match, the app will say so. If you think it was a mistake, write to us with the date and what you were sharing, and we will look at it and can turn it back on.

Your data

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us from the address you use, or use Settings in the app, which can export or delete your account. We answer data requests within one month. See the privacy notice.
